Yeah, in fairness to the guy, I haven't met him, but I know guys like him. And seriously, the gambling stuff isn't an issue for me. I believe him that he doesn't currently hold a margin facility for his shares in MEA, the document provided is like 10+ years old, and not relevant since it was floated. The gambling stuff is a side issue, he probably goes out with his mates and bets on horses, so be it. Its just that he is worth 100+ mil and gambles with $5mil. Its like a normal person going to the track and dropping $200. Guys who are successful in realestate are alpha & agressive. This means that they work hard and party hard.
