so the part of the old guard is back, nice, he along with others sold their shares last year in a block sale, the shares they held significantly increased prior to float during stock splits and restructure, they sold these for 65 cents , basically money for nothing as soon as escrow allowed, now back and will be given many more shares as part of his package and a higher base salary,,,,,,,

and don't forget the huge div paid prior to float
