Secure my ignorance and laziness, but can I ask what ZYL's financial position actually is.

I know the have less than a mill in the bank, but how much of the convertible note has been drawn? Is the 3 month grace a period to give them extra time to repay a due payment? If successful in the courts, how much compensation would they get back?

In other word, is administration a real issue, or scare mongering?

Looks cheap with the assets they have if they have the $ to survive.
