On one level, the share price is the final arbiter.
On another level, it can at times be almost meaningless (when greed over prices a stock, or fear underprices it).
Seems to me, judging by the share price and increased volume, fear is reigning supreme right now (and that's not completely unasonable). However, in my humble opinion, the risk / reward equation is now well out of kilter. Kangwane is a fantastic project, but everyone wants to focus on the negatives, or potential negatives, around funding, Mbila etc.
The next three months will be critical, but if you've got an apitite for risk, the rewards could be considerable if they pull this off.
