I would say they bought a used car, it already had 2 studies done on it
buyer beware hence no warranty
the Company has never said there was a way out
A graduate lawyer would have been smart enough to put a clause in the acquisition agreement that said
"all further payments are subject to the confirmation of the existing BFS (or resource)"
who gives the vendor a put option???
