As disappointing as Mbila has become, it's far better to find out the problems now, rather than after you borrow $50m - $100m to develop a mine that won't work. In a way, management's actions to get our money back on Mbila contrasts with their confidence around Kangwane, post BFS.

My real gripe was that a capital raising wasn't done at much higher levels. I will say that was a management failing (but nobody is smarter than Harry Hindsight).
