    Besides which, the onus is now on the vendors, they are now saddled with the expense of maintaining Mbila, they are unable to sell to anyone else and they have the costs of potential litigation which might be costly given the ZYL believes it has a case.

    ZYL's steadfastness should be read as a positive. IMO
