Ann: Mbila Further Update , page-2

Quoting from the annoucement:

"Further to the announcement of the Company on 24 January 2013 the Company provides the following
update regarding the status of the Mbila project.
The Company has advised the Vendors that it does not accept the position of the Vendors and that it
maintains its position that the Mbila agreement has lapsed and that consequently it is not bound
thereby. The Company has initiated dispute resolution procedures"

Resolution Procedures = Litigation = On going Fees???
