My view.

20m has gone to the vendor. Never to be seen again. The money due will never go to the vendor as ZYL do not have it.

Best option will be ZYL and vendor will agree to disagree and agree that the vendor keeps the 20M. Then Ian can remove ZYL from the mess and move into funding for the big project that we know has legs.

Or the vendor can fight and fight and it will be drawn out in the courts. They then stand to lose the 20M. And have a resource that the can never sell.
