It apears they have only paid us $2.8 million so far as conditions have not been met for further payment yet, please correct me if this is wrong. [ann dated 20/9/11]
This was paid by issuing shares just like the us govt printing money so only a little dilution for ZYL
The ann dated 5/1/12 state all financial commitments have been put on hold
