so there are some issues around the final numbers for the amount of coal and it looks like ZYL will need to do further drilling on an area that will end up being part of the development. the convertible notes Sponsor was invited out to SF at the cost of the board. and the sponsor is staying with and backing ZYL.

with all mid caps / exploration company there will always be problems. I'm sure that the owner vendor of the Msebe prospecting area will be as keen to dig the stuff out of the ground and sell it as ZYL.
