As far as I'm concerned this last couple of days has been nothing but panic selling. Nothing at all has changed re the fundamentals of this business and it's been more of a case of people getting freaked out and sparking a chain reaction. This business is still in exactly the same shape as it was a week ago. I agree with Ivanovich, however, that everyone is probably holding out for a concrete announcement re any deals that have been/will be made and until then the share price will float around a bit. However at this point I'm seeing the stock as being unnecessarily oversold
