The last time I saw this sort of rumour posted it was from Uganda in a big drill there. The Pommy chat site had a post that hydrocarbons had been discovered. It turns out they had but were nowhere near commercial.

The same applies here.

They are impressed with what they see so far, that is the real message............ And that has no bearing on this being a discovery.
