However you cannot get there as the crow flies (25km) due to topography - "next door" is around 55km distance including use of public road (which would be problematic). Depending on the trucking solution could easily add A$7-12/product tonne to costs, assuming you were allowed to transport on the public road.
And of course then there is the whole question of whether Glencore would even let you use the rail loop ...
