massive is a geological term that described the abundance of sulphides in any given interval - and it describes an interval which is composed of almost entirely sulphides of any type - in this case cu pb zn - they clearly say that there are only zones of massive sulphides in amongst the more stinger and disseminated type and those in breccias. you can say a 10cm interval is massive sulphides
