Please quantify in dollars the true value of yesterday’s announcement. Then model that based on either selling or developing the asset. Taking into account time, debt/equity, market fluctuations, etc. then incorporate that into the fundamental value of TRT to work out exactly what TRT should be worth.

Until then... well you know.

You may also notice our SP diminishes in value as the company burns money without making additional revenue... the only way TRT is making anything soon is selling off some of its other assets to stay afloat. This is further compounded by shareholder sentiment.
