"$2m spend on the project":
(Pretty standard)
$2m+ spend has to happen even if those conditions are not in place. It's good IMO. Management can't flip it to another company.
It's within 2 years BTW.

"MC of 25m and 70m":
Please tell us how you got that those numbers. (You don't have to.. if you typed that just to get cheap shares)
Current MC is $7.8m
Fully diluted mc (including options and 11m to be issued) is $16.25m at 32.5 cps.

"Not such a great deal for holders":
Lol... Everyone knew that GTT ventures control this coy. People like me bought this as a shell. Plan was to flip this on news.
Actually it's an excellent deal. That's why I am not selling. Will buy more.

Downramping didn't stop 4CE to go past 7c despite the location and a poor DD.
Expect more downrampers who where ex-losers from SOC.
MQR acquisition is much better.

Awaiting new appointments... to develop this project.
