If your going to take into account the oppies in your market cap dilution you should also add how much your going to recieve from them. Other wise it just looks like your trying to pump up the MC and make the cash position look weak, basically indirectly downramping while trying to maintiain a positive facade.

Also im well aware that you know that 6.5mil of the shares are escrowed till 2019 and you didnt mention that and that the T20 own 14mil of the 24mil current SOI.

It's fair enough to sell out early and take profits, but why take a sh#t before you leave lol
