I did not advise that anyone buy options. What I said was IF TAS was a good buy then the options were a buy too. Options give the opportunity for leverage to hold more interest for the same outlay. Of course that only works on a rising market. I hold some TAS, no options but my main holding is in EDE options and some EDE. (Sold some TAS yesterday and bought LYC. as edencrete is not the only fish in the pond)
