Purpose on 15/7/2016 in their Fresh Milk for Fiji announcement the Chairman Paul Duckett informed that the company had signed a binding heads of agreement with the Anthony family. All announcements being made by the BOD contradict previous announcements of company names, time;lines and what the true facts actually are.
To expect reasoning from this BOD as to why they make conflicting announcements is expecting a bit much as they would not have a rational answer.
