Cunning plan should be plans as they keep changing time and time again. When they were lamb producers they were going to be the biggest and the best in Aus., then Abattoirs, then Agline went belly up. Then they were to enter the dairy industry with a stable of 5 dairy farms then adding to as time went by, but alas 5 farms became 4, then 3, then 2 with only the victorian one having the bones to become something due to water and climate.
Then there was the introduction of Asia Pacific Logistics and Fiji dairy farming which became the Anthony Group of companies then Anthony's Dairies and thrown into the mix Pacific Dairies Fiji Pte.Ltd.
Then there was the addition of NZ Dairy Products and what ever else appears in the cunning plans.
All of these dreams's cost mega $$$$$$s which the company is severely lacking. The regulators in Aus have let down investors in this and many other companies, abroad this debacle would never be allowed to occur. Legitimate suspended companies do put out their financials at the required times to keep all their shareholders up to date with where their company is at, but this is not the case with PDF's BOD.
Interesting times lay ahead and a shareholder class action could easily be forthcoming when the timelines are once again past and the company becomes delisted. due to the actions of the BOD.
Just think where this company could have been now if the BOD had have allowed people with experience take over the reins nearly 3 years ago.
