SCHEDULE 11 – SHARE HOLDER COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY

The Board of the Company aims to ensure that the shareholders are informed of all majordevelopments affecting the Company's state of affairs.Information is communicated to shareholders through:
(a) the Annual Report which is distributed to shareholders if they haveelected to receive a printed version and is otherwise available for viewingand downloading on the Company's website;
(b) the half-yearly report which is placed on the Company's website;
(c) the quarterly reports which are placed on the Company's website;
(d) disclosures and announcements made to the Australian SecuritiesExchange (ASX) copies of which are placed on the Company's website;
(e) notices and explanatory memoranda of Annual General Meetings(AGM) and General Meetings (GM) copies of which are placed on theCompany's website;
(f) the Chair's address and the Managing Director's address made at AGMsand GMs, copies of which are placed on the Company's website;
(g) the Company's website on which the Company posts all announcementswhich it makes to the ASX; and
(h) the auditor's lead engagement partner being present at the AGM toanswer questions from shareholders about the conduct of the audit andthe preparation and content of the auditor's report].Shareholders can register with the Company's Registrar to receive email notifications ofwhen an announcement is made by the Company to the ASX, including the release ofthe annual, half yearly and quarterly reports. Links are made available to the Company'swebsite on which all information provided to the ASX is immediately posted.
Shareholders who are unable to attend the AGM or a GM may submit questions andcomments before the meeting to the Company or to the auditor (in the case of the AGM).At least 3 historical years of the Company's Annual Report is provided on the Company'swebsite.Shareholders queries should be referred to the Company Secretary in the first instance
