Only had a quick glance at the update as time, first impression, Gibio is going to be huge, 36,000 Cos lettuce per day. At $1 a lettuce that's $13m revenue, at $2 thats $26m revenue. With the 2 E.Coli scares in Canada in the last 12 months, organic lettuce would fetch a good price. No wonder they are interested in an equity stake up to 49%.
And this is only for the first of 10 such facilities.
