I posted the company's reply to this question a few weeks ago.

The renewal is a non issue, Supra will do this in their current facility just as every other LD or LP holder does every year. RGI own Supra, Supra own the LD. The licensing authority looks at Supra, not who owns Supra. The LD won't transfer to RGI's new facility until it's built and inspected.

This Dec 31 expiry date seems to have created an issue for holders posting on these threads. The date was announced as a matter of disclosure, all licenses have to be renewed. I've yet to read an asx announcement where whether BHP or a minnow announces it's mining/cultivation license was renewed - just a process.
