Hahaha...You have not read the agreement signed by SDL and noteholdes on 30 July 2018. It has been clearly announced by SDL in September 2018, if the deal between ANS/wAPRC and SDL fails to proceed, SDL and noteholders will go back to original agreement that noteheolders will convert the debts to shares and become the controlling shareholders of SDL. The debt will be due in Sep 2019 and will be converted to shares prior to Sep 2019. If ANS is still interested in SDL, they could buy the SDL shares on market at premium and/or negotiating to buy more shares of SDL as one of investors. Lol.
You may need to closely watch about the share price of ANS if the deal with SDL does not go through by 31 Dec 2018.
