Actually, you can read from the director's report. The board can not say anything beyond the report. Bottom line, the CEO or Chairman did not mention anything regarding the China's NDRC approval which is the most important milestone for the whole deal. No China's NDRC approval, what ever you did listen in this forum, it is an illusion.
