Suggest you email the company directly with your questions.  I had a similar gripe on the last financials and emailed them for a response (along the lines of: If the late receipts from customers was material why wasn't the amount disclosed, and if it wasn't material why mention it at all?). The answer I got wasn't that illuminating (I took it to be that it was not material) but I notice that in this report they actually give the number, so they appear to take notice. I'm sure some of your questions could be answered directly.
