Good grief, so what was these two previous announcements all about then.

Sounds like PDF is jerking the ASX around as much as it is the company shareholders. Anyone interested can go back and read those announcements and correlate them to this late breaking announcement the day before the 2017 AGM and figure it out for themselves. It is plainly and painfully obvious.

At a guess Resolution 1 will get over the line for a first strike and as for the rest of the resolutions well the integrity of the vote count is the first thing that comes to mind given the spurious placement of shares as referred to in this announcement and it makes you wonder how many other shares have been issued on spurious grounds and how they have voted. It makes a mockery of everything else going on with PDF and there is plenty of that as well it seems.
