I really liked the options scheme. Rention of staff has got to be an issue, so this gives them an incentive to stay.
Will be good to see the figures in August and know just how much the failed bid added to the dreaded transactions and Isi costs. At last with the notes paid off that will be a big saving in 2019 and go directly to the bottom line.
Are we assuming a dividend? Doesn’t seem any reason why they can’t afford one?
