Yes Moosey, I attended the General Meeting in May when our now chairman, Darren Lurie, while putting forward his abilities for the job, gave as one of his attributes his experiences in the field of mergers and acquisitions.
A look at Optiscan's current web site, where they list the Board and Management team, Darren mentions his background in "mergers and acquisition" three times plus another separate mention for acquistions.
