I'm judging growth from this announcement forward... the foot is just in the door in Europe and the timing couldn't be better. The attempt in China was too early for electric to catch on, they survived it and now have the experience to do it better in a market that is turning toward electric faster than most realize.
As demand grows l believe established companies like this will thrive or be scooped up by larger companies. I can only see the price go up one way or another over the next 12 months....
all in my humble opinion of course.
