    Great, thanks for your well considered response.

    I'm also unclear how they are accounting for their R&D expenses in the gas detection/LIDAR program - December quarter had $106,000 of R&D costs and March is forecast to be $28,000. I would have thought this would be a great deal higher after the $2.5m cap raise?
