Simply put the work done over the last few months is foundation building, this is what you expect to see from a company who are looking to undertake an aggressive growth strategy.

We have seen a geographical expansion with VIC and QLD now established and NSW underway.

We have seen production and warehousing capacity expansion with the move to a larger facility

We have seen product range expansion with the LIDAR/thermal/gas camera angles which the company have stated they are in several talks for field trials on and have at least one announced as going ahead.

Revenue is growing consistently with the seeds planted for a solid expansion, this of course comes at a cost but is simply part of the growth pain that any small cap must endure to grow. If management had of targeted low growth they could have stuck with a single product in their existing facility, we could perhaps even be sitting at cash flow positive by now by a few dollars a quarter.

But any investor must ask themselves, do you want to be part of a company making a small profit and going nowhere or do you want to be part of a company with the vision and ambition to build the required foundation for significant growth?
