This is a big 'clearing decks 'announcement to start fresh. It's now all on the new CEO to deliver as he had time to remove all the skeletons from the closet. I reckon the guys shorting the name would have been waiting for that.. time to close the bets and give themselves high fives.. the vote of confidence is that the CEO is now MD - he would not have joined the board if he thought he could not turn this around. Time will tell.
