For a micro/small cap fund manager, its a very difficult stock to accumulate if you have a number of stock to buy, under 40c, when there aren't to many weak hands, no DT's and management keep coming out with excellent announcements!
Indicators suggest BIG money hasn't really moved int SP3 yet...but when it does, short sharp re rate$$
