That's a big ask to essentially rebuild the listed vehicle by restructuring the constitution, restructuring the capital, replacing the Board and re-strategizing the business and it would all hinge on the profile of the share register and its appetite for change. If the current Board has majority control of the votes then it wont happen. Again, I use AHF as a classic example.
