I understand, some major capital re-engineering would need to occur and that would mean a reduction to $1m or less and start again. Not very appealing for current holders sadly but might be the only way forward if they can find a strategy that offers value and hope.

Debt funding the farms will not help the EV one bit given the current financial condition but with favourable winds and a lot of good luck it might work to support a rolling cash flow in the short term whilst they get on to some real value drivers, whatever they may be.
