Good fishing up in them thar islands you speak of.
Now there is an idea no none has come up with yet, a series of cheap fishing resorts. You know, like thatched roof huts near the beach and everyone runs around near naked...like they have been doing for over 100 years. Investors would flock to the idea since it is so new and unique and never been done before, just like seagulls to a bait ball.
