The problem is that just gets them back in the same mire they were before the were suspended by the ASX, of no benefit to anyone.
The losses are related to the company not the listing so if an RTO did occur they would expect those losses to be carried forward irrespective of the ASX status. The one inherent risk is any historical liabilities, the unknown or undiscovered ones are the worst.
Sounds like you have had a go here a couple of times already but don't understand what you tried to achieve whether it was raising equity, raising debt or raising industry experience or just an angry shareholder wanting something different, anything.
