Not entirely right RE the listing. It to me is they would do a modified Ch 1 and 2. Which requires 3.5 mill net asset backing so you can achieve this with net real-estate or cash. So it's not that difficult to do and if you stay in the same classification you have carried forward losses. I can go on and on but hey I'm just a shareholder who is doing something. Had first two doors slammed in my face but two other funders interested with follow up discussiins. Sadly Christmas is almost on us and next Feb earliest for outcomes.
