It can only be treated as an ASX shell for a possible RTO at best. Even if they do get the claimed farms in VIC and NSW that wont be enough to relist from memory as it is unlikely to pass the thresholds.
Sadly current holders have done their funds here this time round but that's the risk of playing this end of the market when the company tries to re-invent dairy farming on a tight budget and with limited experience, knowledge or a compelling strategy.
For this one there are plenty of if''s and maybe's but its history going all the way back to its initial listing as Millipede has been dogged with less than successful outcomes for investors so any new entrant is going to have to clean out the register completely and restructure the company beyond recognition.
AHF got up and running for a short while but has subsequently lost the plot, this one never really had a plot so never been up and running and is yet to have its day in the sun, so maybe, just maybe. That won't be Fijian sun either.
