So one act of providing false information to the ASX covered up by trying to "put the sauce back into the bottle?" Would you put in a directors interest notice/ substantial for the change, or just hope they didn't notice it second time around as well. Seems this is perhaps something you would need a willing company secretary/ compliance officer to look the other way on too.
But this is just ridiculous. ASX have the share register. They must be watching this with incredulity.
Shareholders need to call an EGM to remove all directors
