On this particular point htran is correct
The cash flow statement shows $999k in dividends being paid in cash, the difference to that and the total dividend of $3,834k was settled via share issuance. You can see that amount (i.e. the difference) in note 22.
In the meantime this bizzare suspension carries on without any further information...
