i don’t think they would entertain hiding they’ve sold 64m shares.. they are smarters than that..
sooner or later it’d come out. Hence i think it is more likely, it is a genuine inadvertent mistake... the father transfer his share and don’t tell the son nor the company secretary..
how do you explain why, they sold 65m shares for $2 mil. ?? surely they didn’t sell it, rather transfer it.
