During the first half of 2016,the Group paid a
CFI dividend of $3,834,088 to it's equity
shareholders(June2015;nil).
This represents a payment of of $.01 per share(June21015;nil)
with a record date of 13 May 2016 and paid on 30May 2016

Sure looks like they used the ipo money to pay themselves
outside of China.
Looks like a ponzi also.
Use the ipo to pay dividends but Chinese companies don't
pay dividends out of China.
