Shui-Chiao Chang, who founded the company has a couple of sons:
eldest is Jiameng Zhang who is the CEO
Jiashun Zhang is the other guy, who was COO but resign in June 2016
ChiaTa Chang is also another son.
iam not sure which sons belong to which mistress. But it looks like Shui-Chiao Chang transfered 64 millions shares to the other sons or the mistress.
there is no way, Shui-Chiao Chang would sell the shares to outsider... all will be reveal soon.
