I agree if i am at home looking at property I go for the laptop every time. However for renters who are out all weekend going between property inspections and real estate agents offices and searching for new listings an app is essential. We need traction now, whether apps are on the way out or not in the future is irrelevant, in todays current market apps are huge business and if we are trying to gain marketshare we need to be competing with the same tools.
