Look, it's a fair call I agree. But when all the big software companies are moving to saas, I wonder if clogging your phone with another app will last much longer? REA website is painful... hope the app is better. Much as it's a highly speculative stock, I expect RNT is speculating on software usage in 2-3 years.
For what it's worth, anytime I look at property, I actively don't use my phone as the screen is too small to deal with everything. Just $0.02.
