The 45 million shares come out of Escrow officially on the 23rd of August. Hopefully they have something significant up thier sleeve. Note the slippage in the SP since the announcement. Hard to see every holder holding on to every share given it's early in the new tax year plus the benefit of the 50% capital gains discount as have been held for more than 12 months. Happy to be proved wrong for current holders.
