What I'm saying is that I like the business itself, not the financials. However, unless the directors are all breaching the law atm, it is probably not insolvent (at the moment and there is still a chance that this company will survive!)

Nonetheless, if I did work insolvency, I would definitely call them up and enquire whether they would like my services as I do see where you are all coming from and I agree that there is a potential likelihood that this comp may fall.

In fact the pure speculation of this company falling could trigger the actual fall of this company as people will no longer feel confident in buying from this shop, which is sad.
